Tom and Denise have been residents of Stone Harbor and Avalon for many years. The families first of several houses was purchased in 1952 by grandparents. Tom was a member of the Beach Patrol in High School and while a student at Penn State. Following graduation we have worked in various industry positions in the marketing, investment and administrative fields. Denise, Tom and daughter Christie currently live on the bay in Stone Harbor.

In addition to our interests in real estate, golf and fishing, we enjoy spending time on the beach with our family. Avalon and Stone Harbor are truly family resorts and provide ambiance and amenities that are difficult to find anywhere else.

We have had considerable experience in real estate having been successful investors, builders and developers of both residential and business properties. The best and most enjoyable these investments have been at the shore. In the Seven Mile Beach Area we are blessed with having what many consider to be the Jewel of the Jersey Shore.
